CompAS was founded by Hill Nandi. The concept for CompAS originated during an entrepreneurship course project at Carnegie Mellon University where Hill Nandi, founder and CEO, got his MBA. Shortly after, CompAS was formed in the year 1998.
Since then, the primary objective of CompAS has been to develop a long-term and stable enterprise in thermal engineering and process industries by providing high-tech solutions. In support of this objective, CompAS provides a state-of-the-art technology that is both competitive and cost effective.
In 1993 he formed Comp Analysis, a firm that was the predecessor to CompAS, providing consulting services in process control and automation.
